Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to be as flexible as possible. To ensure a smooth experience for all participants and to manage our resources effectively, we have established the following cancellation policy: Free Cancellation Window: You can cancel your reservation for a full refund up to 48 hours before the event starts. This gives us enough time to offer your spot to someone on the waiting list. Late Cancellation: If you cancel less than 48 hours before the event, we charge a 50% cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the cost of materials and juices we've already prepared for you. No-Shows: No refunds will be issued for no-shows. If you're unable to attend and it's past the cancellation window, consider transferring your spot to a friend! Just let us know their name and contact information at least 3 hours before the event starts. Event Cancellation: On rare occasions, we may need to cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, instructor illness). In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and issue a full refund or offer to transfer your reservation to another date, whichever you prefer. Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, you can do so once without any charges, provided it's done at least 48 hours before the event. Subsequent rescheduling will incur a small fee to cover administrative costs. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Our goal is to provide a fantastic experience for everyone involved.
